Mark is a keen forager and will be talking about the Autumn harvest to be found by getting out there and making the most of the countryside and all that it has to offer. We will also be looking at how you can use your finds to make various larder essentials like
fruit vinegar. This will hopefully be where I might get a chance for a word or two!
